I've also noticed that the models in Reach tend to blur when they move. I'm guessing this is one of the additions Bungie made to allow the engine handle so much more geometry.

the blur is due to "motion blur" to resemble real life when trying to focus on multiple things,...and yes..i do agree that ensemble should have done the cutscenes
