Tell me what you expect to see out of Halo 4. Do you want a whole new redesigned game with a different storyline. I expect the game to be another kick ass addition to the series.

I think the series lost a lot of fans with Halo Reach.

I hope Halo 4 is a flop, but due to the population of 11 year olds buying this stuff I know it won't be.

Meh, I'm basically looking for entertainment for a couple of weeks. Halo doesn't really awe me like the first three of the series did. Halo 1 especially, but even Halo 2, and Halo 3, when I first played the campaigns, the games seemed so mysterious and stunning to me. Now it's just like... eh, another game, it'll be a little fun for a couple of months, but that's about it. I also don't really play video games anymore, as they don't really capture me in the same way that they used to.

I'm not trying to be a downer or anything, that's just become my general outlook on gaming.

I expect a new engine, animations stuff like that ofcourse.
But also keep in mind that 343 is composed of former Bungie members, so with that in mind I think that it's safe to say the game will have an awesome campaign. Ofcourse it's oging to be a FPS but it's safe to expect some new features, for example Reach brought Jet Packs, Sprinting ect. So Halo 4 can be expected to bring new features as well, looking at the E3 trailer MC has a jetpack, so maybe they will bring the same idea from Reach to Halo 4 and add some new features.
Personally I'd like to see new vehicles and an awesome campign something with replay-ability.
From what I read Halo 4 is the start of a new Trilogy so we can expect to see Halo 6 in the near decade.

I was actually really dissapointed by Reach's campaign. And I'm disappointed about how they are pulling off the Halo 1 remake. No pc version, no online multiplayer. The only online multiplayer will be some new coop maps for Halo reach. *ooh, online co-op. didn't see that coming*

There will be online co-op in Anniversary, there will be 7 new multiplayer maps (including 1 firefight) which are remakes of the old Halo multiplayer maps, for Halo Reach.

My only beef is, if 343 Industries is starting a new trilogy, then that leaves 1 Halo game left. Halo 7. As far as I know from what I read in the Halo Storyline, there are 7 Halo rings spread out across the galaxy. So we've seen planet Reach, we've experienced the life of Master Chief since Halo 1 to Halo 3. Halo 3: ODST was basically a continuance of Halo 2. And Halo Wars was shit. I VANT MAI 7 NAO PL0X.

I for one am not a huge Halo fanatic but I do enjoy the campaign and the story line of it all. Some call it "shi*" but I enjoy it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way but as long as the campaign is good and the multilayer is improved that's the benefits right there. AS this old saying goes, don't judge a book by it's cover'
And if you want them to "kill it" don't buy the game, get everyone else not to buy it and then 343 won't have funding to produce anymore games.

I think we'll be seeing a lot more mystery. The jet-pack foreshadows a bit of in-space fighting, as it is a thruster for vacuum, I believe.
