Within the next few nights (very possibly tonight) we're going to upgrade the forum to the latest release. It has been up on a test site for a while now, and the reviews have been good from everyone who's seen it. As part of the upgrade awards will be reset; I'll try to make note of who has what but some awards might not be carried over and I could always miss someone. Just make a list of what you have now so it can be added if it gets lost in the transition. In return we'll be getting some improvements like user nominated awards so admins don't have to give them all out.
The forum will be offline for a period of time during the upgrade. If it never comes back it means I've fucked something up and I apologize in advance.

Woot, got to love update. Would be cool to be a regular though since I have been here for awhile (the longest forum I have ever been on tbh.)

The upgrade won't be happening tonight; I can't commit to the potential time needed to ensure the forum comes back up before morning. Hopefully tomorrow as long as I get back from work early enough. I've already done the (hopefully) most time consuming parts of backing everything up and making a copy of all the current awards.
Couldn't think of a better way than going award by award and typing names into Excel...

There's lists of awards recieved, why not use those?

I used the lists to tell who had what, but removing the table formatting took more time than just typing them out. To grant the bulk awards once the new system is installed it needs to be in the format of usernames separated by a comma with no spaces (marsmartianman,razer,krueger,etc).
Couldn't think of a better way than going award by award and typing names into Excel...
