Halo 3 screenshot extractor
Current version: 1.07
Posted Image

Features

- Extracts from .shot files into .jpg
- Preview screenshot before extraction
- Display screenshot author, description, and date.
- Preview screenshot in full resolution.

This application only opens the .shot file extracted from its container. You must use an application like wxpirs to extract the .shot file.

Thank you e3pobot for the codeing.

Sorry but this is pretty much a downgrade compared to the screenshot extractor anthony released. We dont have to use WxPirs and its easier to use. Thumbs up for effort though ^_^

The one he used only extracts from the hard drive only. Mines extracts from the file its self because anthonys doesnt detect newer FATX hard drives that the xbox uses.

Ooo. Ok ^.^

Well can you make it so you dont have to extract the file first using wxPirs then?

How is this useless? Anthony's screenshot tool doesnt work with the more modern hard drives. You need to fucking die.

hehe. I used it and its good. Shame you have to extract each one with wxPirs. Maybe you could make an add-on or incorperate wxPirs into your program if you are still updating.

Hail to the king, baby!

Every time I go to 'Open' it crashes. EVERY -blam- TIME! I tried it under .net 2, .net 3, Vista, XP, XP Pro, XP Home, EVERYTHING I COULD FIND. PLEASE FIX IT.

I also tried running as an admin. I NEED this to work. Going to the continue and ignore option does zit aswell.

Oh, also In WxPIRS it has the .shot thing as a folder, an empty folder. Extracting it does nothing :(

Jeezuz people. Don't complicate things. You could just open the CON file directly instead of a .shot file. Wouldn't take too much more code! Did you program this in VB or C# or C++? What license are you releasing this under? Where is the source code? How much coding did YOU do and how much did e3pobot do? eh? I'm getting sus about this app.
